| Winner of numerous post-season awards, including the 2006 Home Depot Coach of The Year, Schiano guided Rutgers to its first ever Bowl Game outside of New Jersey in 2005 (Insight Bowl) and the school's first ever Bowl Game victory in 2006 (Texas Bowl), a 37-10 win over Kansas State and a concluding national ranking of #12. |
