| Rowe was very productive on both sides of the ball in high school and has the athletic ability and size to be a very nice corner. He shows very good ball skills and closes on the pass quickly, breaking on the ball and making an easy completion into a breakup or interception in a blink. Rowe shows good ability to change directions and nice hips, however he is a bit high in his backpedal and could work on his transition. |

| One of the top two-way players in the entire state of Florida, Rowe is coming off an outstanding junior season. He never left the field.
Offensively, he scored eight rushing touchdowns and had 18 catches for 297 yards and two scores. He returned eight kickoffs for 280 yards. And on defense, he had five interceptions and constantly shut down the opposing receivers. |
