Jersey's Tabb Makes Second Trip to Rutgers

Catholic High star Jack Tabb, so it only stands to reason he has already developed a strong bond with his state school. That offer came a month ago, and since then Tabb has seen his offers climb to double digits. Friday, the DE/TE made an unofficial visit to Rutgers, and afterward said the Scarlet Knights remain one of his top choices.
