Rutgers WR Tim Brown		By Brian Dohn ScarletReport.com publisher Date: Oct 31, 2009 Rutgers senior receiver Tim Brown scored on an 81-yard pass from Tom Savage with 22 seconds left to give the Scarlet Knights a 28-24 win agaist Connecticut on Saturday at Rentschler Field. It was particularly emotional since Brown's best friend was Huskies cornerback Jasper Howard, who was murdered two weeks ago. Brown talked about that, and the catch, after his big play.
