Most coaches preach “you can’t teach speed” & Rutgers fans are well aware what a great combo of size and speed mean on the field due to RU’s #1 WR. At 5’6”-168lbs with blazing 4.35 speed, Chris Burrell is a close replica of Tim Brown and has the potential to follow in his footsteps.
