Rutgers picked up a commitment today at their spring game when Skillman, N.J., speedster JT Tartacoff gave the Scarlet Knight staff his verbal pledge to wear their colors in the 2010 season.

, a 5-foot-11.5, 175-pound wide receiver from Montgomery High School in New Jersey has committed to
