Rutgers picked up a commitment today at their spring game when Skillman, N.J., speedster JT Tartacoff gave the Scarlet Knight staff his verbal pledge to wear their colors in the 2010 season.

JT Tartacoff, a 5-foot-11.5, 175-pound wide receiver from Montgomery High School in New Jersey has committed to Rutgers. State of Rutgers will be following up with him later today to get his reasons for committing.
