TORONTO. RB Ray Rice had 280 yds rushing and 4 TDs, and QB Mike Teel passed for 303 yards and three touchdowns as Rutgers (8-5) cruised to a 52-30 victory against Ball State (7-6) in the International Bowl Jan. 5. "Anytime you can mix it up, you're at an advantage. Today we could do it," said Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano, whose offense amassed a season-high 595 yards of total offense.
