Joe Martinek		By Matei Date: Aug 25, 2006 Joe Martinek, a 6-foot-0 and 195 pound athlete, from Hopatcong, N.J. burst on to the scene before his Junior year although he earned Associated Press first team All-State honors and was named Western New Jersey Player of the Year after the conclusion of '05. RU offered the rising Junior on 9/1, and Martinek did not disappoint as he ran for an impressive 2,509 yards and 28 touchdowns last year.
