Rutgers wide receiver Tim Brown talked to ScarletReport.com after Saturday's 42-0 win against Texas Southern. The senior talked about his fourth-down touchdown catch, getting flipped after making a catch over the middle and also a return to Big East conference play. Brown totaled 94 yards on six catches against the Tigers.
