Video Interview: Andre Civil
One of the trademarks of recent Rutgers Football teams has been the playmaking defensive ends that have come along and matured into stars. One of the earlier additions to the current recruiting class that hopes to continue this trend is Andre Civil, by way of Sheepshead Bay HS, NY. Civil, who in all likelihood is headed for the end position during his time at Rutgers, has an impressive frame that is seemingly already sculpted into a Division-I body.
StateofRutgers.com [SOR] recently trekked up to Brooklyn and caught up with the future Scarlet Knight to discuss the conclusion of his recruitment, his thoughts on the Rutgers staff, his summer plans, and more. "Coach Schiano, he's a family man, he's a family guy. He always talks about the Scarlet Knights, when you wear that Rutgers jersey, that RU [jersey], it's nothing but family," stated Civil in reference to the family oriented atmosphere at RU.
