Logan Ryan Discusses His List Of Offers Premium Story

Rutgers joined West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia as the schools to send an offer to Logan Ryan out of Eastern High School in Voorhees, N.J. While only four schools have offered thus far, Ryan expects more to come in the near future.
