Rutgers to Play Fresno State

Rutgers and Fresno State have reached an agreement on a home and home series beginning in 2008. The Scarlet Knights will host Fresno State on Labor Day Monday, Sept. 1 at 4:30 p.m.

Rutgers and Fresno State will begin a series commencing this fall, in 2008. The initial game will be played at Rutgers Stadium on on Labor Day Monday, Sept. 1 at 4:30 p.m. In addition, the game will be played in front of a live, national television audience and will air live on ESPN.

The home game versus Howard University, previously scheduled on August 30, will not be played.

The Scarlet Knights will make the return trip to Fresno State on Thursday, August 30, 2012.
