RU Head Coach Fred Hill declined to offer a scholarship to the Brooklyn native, who wanted very much to become a Scarlet Knight, and as a result, Davis will instead play for Rutgers' arch-rival, Seton Hall. Davis would have seemed to fill an area of need. However, it was not to be as the Knights decided to go in another direction. What can be the outcome?
