An on-air personality for WFAN 660, an AM radio station in New York City, Chris Carlin got his start as a producer of the popular Mike and the Mad Dog radio program.
In the summer of 2003, he was given his first radio program. Continuing his quick ascent, by 2004 Carlin was given his first regularly-scheduled program, during the overnight shift. In 2005, he became the sports reporter for the nationally syndicated Imus in the Morning radio program.
In addition to his WFAN duties Carlin has also done on-site reporting of a variety of events, including covering the AFC team in the last three Super Bowls.
Carlin is well known among Rutgers fans for his play-by-play announcing of Scarlet Knight games on the Rutgers Football Radio Network. Carlin is now in his third year on the sidelines for Scarlet Knight broadcasts.
Make sure to join other Rutgers fans for this Premium Chat Session scheduled for this coming Thursday. The chat is set to begin at 8 p.m. and will last last through 8:45 p.m.
