Rutgers looking at southern quarterback

B.J. Phillips is a big strong armed quarterback from Spring Valley High School (S.C.) Phillips has received five scholarship offers, and he is ready for his senior season to begin.

"I plan to get to a few schools this fall to attend games," said B.J. Phillips. "One of the first schools I will try to get to is Kentucky. They have offered me and want me to come check them out.
