Perseverance Paying Off For Fonti

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers red-shirt junior offensive lineman Chris Fonti played a key part in short yardage situations last week against Norfolk State, and he spoke with about being able to contribute on the field.

Chris Fonti has put in plenty of hard work since arriving at Rutgers a few years ago, and against Norfolk State he finally saw dividends as he played in goal line formations as an extra tight end.
