SR.com TV: Miller, Judge Postgame

Dane Miller

WASHINGTON -- Rutgers forwards Dane Miller and Wally Judge met with the media last night folloing the 64-51 loss at the Verizon Center. Disappointed in letting an upset opportunity slip away, the pair discussed why foul trouble and the inability to stop Otto Porter controlled the game.

Washington -- Any time a team commits 30 fouls in a game, the chances of winning drop significantly. Factor in a matchup with one of college basketball's premiere players on a top-10 and Rutgers was in trouble.

Rutgers committed 30 personal fouls last night, even more than the ugly 29-foul contest last year at the Verizon Center. With the exception of Malick Kone, who played just nine minutes, every player that stepped onto the court had at least three fouls.

Even worse, Rutgers shot just 6-of-15 from its own free throw line in the loss.

Following the fourth straight loss and 10th in the last 11 games, forwards Dane Miller and Wally Judge broke down what went wrong against the Hoyas and what makes Otto Porter so tough to stop.
