PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers junior cornerback Logan Ryan will forgo his senior season to enter into the 2013 NFL draft. Ryan announced his decision in a press conference Monday morning, crediting his family, coaching staff, teammates and former head coach Greg Schiano for the opportunity to play at Rutgers.
