PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Myles Mack and Wally Judge both put up big games in the 88-79 win over UAB with interim head coach Dave Cox in charge. Determined to remain together with Mike Rice suspended, both players discussed playing for Cox and the mind set of the team.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Interim coach Dave Cox kept as much the same as possible in the two days between Mike Rice's announced suspension and tip-off against UAB. Whatever Cox did worked because Rutgers won 88-79 over UAB to improve to 7-2 on the season.

Sophomore captain Myles Mack, who earned an honor roll spot on the weekly Big East team, and junior Wally Judge discussed the strange week in the locker room after the win.
