Perhaps the best endorsement of he play of Pitt's defensive line play comes from Rutgers quarterback Gary Nova.
Nova, who tied a Rutgers school record on Saturday for the most touchdown passes (20) thrown in a season, said what Pitt's defensive line did was the cause for the Rutgers offense sputtering.
"Their defensive linemen are good," Nova said. "They did a good job getting pressure on me.
"They're really good anyway. It's not like they just played really well this week, they've been good all year. They just beat it up. They beat us up, and that's what happens when you don't execute."
Here, Aaron Donald takes about what led him to a big game, what Rutgers adjusted to or did not adjust to. He also takes about which player on the defensive line that helped him out the most.
