PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- The big news of the day at No. 21/22 Rutgers is starting nose guard Isaac Holmes being out for the season with a wrist injury, and Rutgers coach Kyle Flood talked about its impact. He also addressed other injury concerns and spoke about readying for Saturday's game against Connecticut.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers coach Kyle Flood began his post-practice Tuesday by stating starting nose guard Isaac Holmes will not play the rest of the season because of a wrist injury.

As the No. 21/22 Scarlet Knights ready for Saturday's home game against Connecticut, Flood also discussed the health of defensive tackle Al Page, the return of running back Savon Huggins and more.
