PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers coach Kyle Flood met the media after Tuesday's practice and he said Al Page and Jeremy Deering sustained injuries in practice. He also talked about Sheldon Royster, who was at practice and is now part of the program as well as giving updates on Howard.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers receiver Jeremy Deering had to leave practice with an ankle injury and defensive tackle Al Page is out with an ankle injury.

Also, Sheldon Royster's transfer from South Carolina is now official and he took part in practice, although he spent much of it watching.

Scarlet Knights coach Kyle Flood also spoke about facing Howard's two quarterbacks and the home opener after Tuesday's practice.
