TV: Flood's Thursday Practice Update

PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- A mid-practice thunderstorm forced Rutgers to shift practice from the outside fields to the Bubble after an hour, and afterward coach Kyle Flood spoke about not having Max Issaka in camp yet, the health of Tim Wright has well as some players making moves on the defensive line.
