Rutgers landed the quarterback of their desire when Chris Laviano made the decision Friday and committed to the Scarlet Knights.

Rutgers landed its top quarterback target in the 2013 class Friday in Christopher Laviano.

The Holy Trinity High (Hicksville, N.Y.) standout told Scout.com he committed to Rutgers.
