PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Rutgers returned to the practice field Tuesday and there was a significant position change as Taj Alexander shifted on the offensive line. Afterward, coach Kyle Flood talked about the change, the review of the scrimmage tape, the development of Jeremy Deering at receiver and the play of the quarterbacks.
