NEW YORK -- For the first time in five years, Rutgers is hanging around for a second day at the Big East tournament. The 13th-seeded Scarlet Knights got there with a 76-70 overtime win against No. 12 seeded Seton Hall on Tuesday at Madison Square Garden. The win came after Seton Hall's Jeremy Hazell hit a 3-point with one second left to force overtime.
