PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- A pressing need for Rutgers in the 2012 class is to add more quality offensive linemen, and over the summer Long Branch (N.J.) High's Ryan Brodie picked up an offer from the Scarlet Knights. Not only did he perform well at the New Level Athletics Elite Linemen Camp over the weekend, but he also took an unofficial visit to Rutgers recently.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Long Branch (N.J.) High's Ryan Brodie took a hand to the face in what was supposed to be a non-contact blocking drill, and his competitive spirit was sparked.
